REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO DISTANCE SELLING / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery date for any unused item purchased via the website, in accordance with distance selling regulations, for a refund. This does not apply to perishable goods, unsealed software, or items that are customized or made according to your specifications.

To cancel an ordered item, you can send us an email with your customer number and order number (info@bigpanda.be). You must take care of the items, keep all original packaging, and not use them. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Items may be returned to our headquarters (see Contact Information). The goods are returned at your expense unless the items are considered defective or incorrect, in which case we will reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the items. Provided that the goods are returned to us intact in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within a period of fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last lot or the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Big Panda SRL, Rue des Rèlis Namurwès, 29 5000 Namur, info@bigpanda.be, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for you.

We may delay the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, with the earlier of the two being the applicable date.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
